What Level of Fitness is recommended for this program?
The Rider Vault is suitable for everyone!
Start right at the begining with the Postural Bundle before moving on to the Signature Bundle and then maintain with the HIIT Bundle and Recovery with the Stretch & Flex and Muscle Release Videos.
You can do the workouts in any order but that is the recomendation, especially if you are new to exercise or have had time away.
You can stay at a level for as long as you want, you don’t need to move on. And you can repeat any workout as much as you like.
If you are already exercising, then these workouts are the perfect complement to improving your mobility, agility, balance and coordination
