Do I Need Equipment?

There is only one HIIT workout that requires equipment. The Rider Strength HIIT. 

All of the other 20 RiderCise HIIT Workouts are body-weight based.

What happens once I buy the Program?

You will be sent 2 Emails:

  1. An invoice for your purchase
  2. Your log in email to the platform where you can access all of the workouts anytime, anywhere on a browser!
Does the Program start right away?

Yes!

Because you have full access to all of the workouts within the HIIT Bundle straight after you purchase, you can get started straight away.

What Level of Fitness is recommended for this program?

The HIIT Bundle is suitable for all levels of fitness; however I do advise that you should have good posture, because it’s important to build upon a strong base.

Because the workouts start very light with just 5 minutes building up to 30 minutes, it makes it suitable for all levels of fitness.
