RiderCise® Digital Product Terms & Conditions

This Agreement is between you (the “User”) and RiderCise® Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales.

By purchasing or accessing any RiderCise® digital product (the “Digital Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Digital Products

RiderCise® provides digital training products designed to support riders in improving posture, control, strength, and performance in the saddle.

Digital Products include, but are not limited to:

  • Postural Bundle

  • Signature Bundle

  • HIIT Bundle

  • Rider Vault

  • Any future RiderCise® digital programmes, courses, or training systems

Access is provided via the RiderCise® online platform.

2. Access & Delivery

Upon successful purchase, you will be granted access to your Digital Product via the RiderCise® platform.

  • Access is typically provided immediately but may take up to 2 working days

  • Access is granted as lifetime access, for as long as the product remains available

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Update, modify, or improve Digital Products

    • Change platform delivery methods

    • Remove or replace content where necessary

If a Digital Product is permanently removed, reasonable notice will be provided where possible.

3. Licence & Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Share login details with any third party

  • Distribute, reproduce, or resell any content

  • Record, copy, or download materials for redistribution

  • Use RiderCise® content for coaching, teaching, or commercial purposes

If we suspect misuse or unauthorised sharing:

  • Access may be immediately revoked without refund

4. Fees & Payment

All Digital Products must be paid in full prior to access, unless a payment plan is offered.

Where a payment plan is selected:

  • You agree to complete all scheduled payments

  • Payments will be automatically collected using your chosen payment method

  • Failure to complete payments may result in:

    • Immediate suspension of access

    • Recovery of outstanding balances

Pricing may vary depending on promotions, campaigns, or offers and is not guaranteed outside of that context.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued once access has been granted

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of use or engagement

  • Dissatisfaction with results

6. Account & Personal Information

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

  • All activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where:

  • False information is provided

  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected

  • These Terms are breached

7. Intellectual Property

All RiderCise® Digital Products, including:

  • Videos

  • Training systems

  • Written materials

  • Programme structures

  • Branding and methodology

remain the exclusive property of RiderCise® Limited.

You are granted access only — no ownership rights are transferred.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial use.

8. Results Disclaimer

RiderCise® provides structured training designed to support rider improvement.

However:

  • Results will vary between individuals

  • Outcomes depend on consistency, application, and individual physical condition

We make no guarantees regarding specific results.

9. Medical Disclaimer

RiderCise® does not provide medical advice.

By using our Digital Products, you agree that:

  • You participate at your own risk

  • You are responsible for your own physical condition and capability

  • You should seek professional medical advice before beginning any exercise programme

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

RiderCise® shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of performance, progress, or results

Our total liability shall be limited to the greater of:

  • £250

  • Or the total amount paid by you for the Digital Product

11. Platform Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to Digital Products, however:

  • Access may occasionally be restricted due to maintenance or technical issues

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access without refund if:

  • These Terms are breached

  • Misuse of the platform or content is identified

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Technical failures

  • Government restrictions

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

15. Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms

  • You agree to be bound by them
