Fast-Track isn’t about pushing harder or filling your diary with rigid sessions. It’s about having flexible, personalised 1:1 support that adapts to what you need — whether that’s goal-setting, mindset resets, rebuilding after a setback, gentle movement guidance, or support while working with your horse.

And while Fast-Track can include tailored workouts if that aligns with your goals, it isn’t necessarily a workout programme. What we focus on is shaped together on your very first call, so you get exactly the support you need — nothing overwhelming, nothing forced, nothing you “should” be doing.

What’s Included in Your 12 Week Fast-Track

Fast-Track gives you the level of support most riders never have access to — structured enough to create momentum, flexible enough to meet you where you are, and personal enough to adapt as your needs evolve throughout the 12 weeks.

1 Call Per Week – Your Anchor for Progress

Each week you’ll have one scheduled 1:1 call with me.
These sessions create rhythm, accountability, and a consistent moment in your week to refocus, review, and move forward with clarity. This is your steady point of support throughout the full 12 weeks.

12 Flexible Calls – Use Them When You Need Them Most

In addition to your weekly sessions, you have 12 flexible calls, upto 45mins per call, to use at any point during the programme.

These can be video or phone calls, depending on what you prefer and what you need in the moment.

Flexible calls can be used for anything, including:

  • KConfidence or mindset support
  • KPlanning your week or refining your focus
  • KReviewing a ride or a situation that unsettled you
  • KPivo riding sessions or in-hand sessions
  • KTalking through something that caught you off-guard
  • KTalking through something that caught you off-guard
  • KA call just to rant, have a wobble, or get my perspective
  • KDeep dives into goals, setbacks or new priorities

These calls are there to support you when life, confidence, or circumstances shift — and you get to decide when they are used.

They must be used within the 12-week programme and cannot be carried over or refunded — this is to encourage you to get everything you can from the programme and thrive.

Your Onboarding Call – Before We Begin

Once you join, you’ll book your onboarding call.
This is separate from your 24 programme calls and gives us space to map out your direction, understand your priorities, and set the tone for your first steps.

Technique Review for Workout Programmes (If Applicable)

If your goals include a workout plan, you’ll have an additional 30-minute Zoom session where you’ll demonstrate the exercises so I can assess technique and make adjustments.

These technique review sessions are separate from your  total 24 programme calls and ensures you move safely and effectively if a movement plan is part of your Fast-Track journey.

If you choose to work with structured workouts, you may have new plans introduced every 4–6 weeks, depending on what you feel ready for — and each time a new plan is created, you’ll have another technique review session included.

You’re always in control of whether you want a new programme and when you want to progress.

Fast-Track is the most in-depth, personalised support I offer — and I only open spaces once a year. This level of access, guidance, and tailored progression is intentionally limited so I can work closely with each rider and support them fully throughout the 12 weeks.

Booking a call with me is the first step.

On this call I want to learn more about you, what you would love, your dreams and aspirations and discuss how I can help you achieve that.

During the 12 weeks we are going to be working very closely together so it’s important to connect with me initially so you feel comfortable and ready to embark on this amazing, exciting transformation.

Note: This call is for riders who are seriously considering Fast-Track and want to confirm it is the right fit — not a casual chat or free coaching session.

Payment options and methods are discussed during our call together as well as your starting date and arranging future call dates/times.

Fast-Track Intensive Coaching FAQ's

Is this really worth the investment?

I want you to think back to how long you have been longing and to all the time that has past and the money that has been spent in that period…

If you could achieve your aspiration within 12 weeks, what would you pay?

 

What if I’m not tech-savvy?

The app and Zoom sessions are super easy to use, and I’ll guide you through everything!

 

Do I need special equipment?

If you decide to have a fitness program, we can discuss what equipment is best for you for what you want to achieve. These are usually small pieces of equipment.

We will use Zoom or phones for our calls.

Should you want to do in-hand or riding sessions, we will use a Pivo and headphones  But I will guide you on this. Together we MAKE IT WORK!

 

I’ve tried other programs before and they didn’t work—how is this different?

This program is what you want it to be. 

If you just need to have someone there for you when you have a wobble, or need guidance – that’s what it’ll be. 

If you want to develop a habit of exercising – that’s what we’ll do. 

If you want help with your horse, that’s what we will work on. 

This program is shaped and designed by your needs and desires.  

I don’t have much time—how much of a commitment is this?

We have one scheduled call per week for structure. Dates/times to be agreed. The other remaining 12 calls throughout the 12 week program are there for when you need them. 

We work together flexibly, setting goals by your timeline.

 

What happens at the end of the 12 Weeks?

If at the end of the 12 weeks you wish to continue, you may but when we get to that stage, you can tell me what you want/need and we’ll go from there…
