Fast-Track Intensive: Personalised Equestrian Coaching for Every Stage of Your Equestrian Journey

A 12-week, high-touch coaching experience designed to help you understand what’s actually in the way — whether you’re riding, not riding, rebuilding after a setback, or finding your footing again with your horse.

Fast-Track Intensive: A 12-Week High-Touch Coaching Experience for Riders Who Want Real Change

Fast-Track is the most personal way I work with riders.

It’s a 12-week, high-touch coaching experience designed for people who know something isn’t quite working — but don’t want to keep circling it, guessing, or trying to fix it alone.

Fast-Track isn’t about pushing harder or filling your diary with rigid sessions. It’s about having personalised, one-to-one support that adapts to what you actually need — based on what’s happening for you, not a pre-set plan.

That might mean:

  • Understanding why something feels harder than it should
  • Rebuilding after a setback
  • Making sense of how your body is responding
  • Working out your next steps with riding, groundwork, or time with your horse
  • Or simply gaining clarity where things feel muddled

While Fast-Track can include tailored workouts if that’s appropriate, it isn’t a workout programme. Nothing is assumed. Nothing is forced. The focus is shaped together, deliberately, so we work on the right things — in the right order.

– You’re not asked to keep up.
– You’re not pushed to perform.
– And you’re not expected to be “ready” before you begin.

What you get is:

  • Structure without overwhelm
  • Support without pressure
  • Accountability without judgement

A space created specifically for riders who are ready to move forward — their way — with experienced, thoughtful support that understands riders, bodies, and the moments where things quietly get stuck.

When Things Stop Moving Forward — Even When You’re Trying

There comes a point where you realise things simply aren’t shifting in the way you expected.
Not as clearly. Not as steadily. Not as consistently.

And that realisation can be quietly unsettling — especially when you know you’re doing your best.

You might notice:

  • Your body doesn't feel as steady or responsive as it once did.
  • You hesitate more than you used to
  • You’re unsure how to move forward — with riding, groundwork, or even just spending time with your horse in a way that feels right again

Wherever you are right now — riding, not riding, rebuilding after a setback, or trying to reconnect with something that used to feel more straightforward — your experience is not unusual.

Many riders reach a point where progress stalls, the body compensates, or things start to feel less reliable. And when that happens, trying harder rarely creates the shift they’re hoping for.

– You’ve put in effort.
– You’ve explored different approaches.
– You’ve pushed through frustration and doubt.

Yet underneath it all, you can sense it: something isn’t moving forward in the way it needs to.

You might recognise that:

  • Your body doesn’t respond how you expect
  • Decisions feel harder to trust
  • Any progress you make doesn’t quite hold

And you’re not entirely sure which part of the picture needs attention — whether your aim is to ride again (if you choose to), feel more stable and capable, or simply rebuild a sense of ease when you’re with your horse.

– This isn’t a lack of willpower.
– It isn’t a lack of commitment.
– And it isn’t a lack of desire.

It’s that you’ve been trying to create lasting change without the right structure, clarity, and support around what’s actually going on — and that makes everything feel heavier than it needs to be.

Fast-Track is where that begins to shift.

What is Fast-Track About

I work with riders who know something isn’t quite right — even if they can’t yet put their finger on what it is.

But riding has started to feel harder, noisier, or more uncertain than it used to.

They’ve tried lessons.
They’ve tried fitness.
They’ve been told it’s “just confidence”.

And none of that has properly resolved what’s going on.

My work is about helping riders understand what’s actually in the way — and deal with it
properly.

I don’t take people through programmes, and I don’t assume the problem before we’ve looked
closely. Every rider comes in with different experiences, reactions, habits, and pressures. My role is to help make sense of that whole picture — calmly, practically, and without judgement.

This is the basis of my Fast-Track coaching.

Fast-Track is a private, high-touch coaching experience for riders who don’t want to manage
uncertainty indefinitely or keep circling the same issues. It’s designed for people who want clarity sooner rather than later — and who value focused, intelligent support over generic advice.

There’s no set curriculum and no one-size-fits-all process. We work with what’s actually happening — in your body, your riding, and your decision-making — and address it directly, rather than skirting around it.

Fast-Track isn’t about pushing harder or aiming higher.
It’s about restoring stability, capability, and trust in yourself — so things start to make sense
again and you can move forward without second-guessing every step.

People choose this work when they’re done guessing, done being told it’s all in their head, and
ready to deal with what’s really going on — properly, and within a defined period of time.

That’s why Fast-Track is personal, focused, and time-bound.

A Different Kind of Support — Designed Around What You Need

What makes Fast-Track effective isn’t pressure, intensity, or trying to fit yourself into a rigid programme that never accounted for your reality.

It works because it’s built around what’s actually happening for you — your body, your circumstances, your decisions, and your next steps — not a template.

You don’t need to be:

  • Fit, ready, or confident
  • Riding regulary
  • Clear on everything before you begin

Fast-Track adapts to where you are now and helps you move forward in a way that’s deliberate, achievable, and grounded — not overwhelming.

While the work can include tailored workouts or simple movement plans if that’s appropriate, Fast-Track isn’t a workout programme. The focus is always shaped around what will be most useful — whether that’s conversation, clarity, practical guidance, or understanding what your body is doing and why.

For example:

  • If the most helpful starting point is a single, manageable exercise every other day, that’s where we begin.
  • If you need help understanding how your body is responding in the saddle — or what’s influencing that — we focus there.
  • If reconnecting with your horse through groundwork or in-hand work is the right place to work, we build around that.

– There’s no pressure to perform a certain way.
– No expectation to “keep up.”
– And no judgement.

This is personalised support in the truest sense — a space where you’re met exactly where you are and guided forward with clarity, consistency, and accountability.

Because when you stop trying to meet a programme’s demands — and the work is finally shaped around you — things start to move again, without being forced.

What It Feels Like to Have the Right Support in Place

No matter how much you care, plan, or prepare, there are moments when things don’t unfold as you expected.

You might arrive at the yard intending to ride — and realise something feels off.
Your horse feels different underneath you.

Your body doesn’t respond the way you anticipated.
A small moment throws you, and suddenly you’re questioning decisions that usually feel straightforward.

These situations happen to riders at every level. What makes the difference isn’t avoiding them — it’s having the right support when they occur.

Inside Fast-Track, you’re not left to sit with uncertainty or try to work things out alone. You have regular weekly calls to maintain direction and momentum, alongside the option to reach out between calls when something unexpected arises.

That might be:

  • A ride that didn’t feel how you thought it would
  • A physical response that caught you off-guard
  • A situation that needs unpacking before it turns into doubt or frustration
  • Or simply the need to talk something through and regain clarity

You can message, talk it through, and get clear, practical guidance — without pressure, judgement, or unrealistic expectations. Just informed support from someone who understands riders, bodies, and how these moments actually unfold.

This is where things begin to shift.

  • You don’t lose days or weeks trying to figure everything out yourself.
  • You don’t sit with unanswered questions that quietly erode trust in yourself.
  • You regain clarity more quickly and move forward with less frustration.
  • Your time with your horse becomes more intentional and more settled — because you’re supported when it matters.

Fast-Track isn’t about forcing change.

It’s about having consistent, experienced guidance that helps you navigate the real situations that influence how your body responds, how decisions are made, and how your relationship with your horse develops over time.

Support that makes things feel more manageable.
More constructive.
And ultimately, more sustainable — for both you and your horse.

What’s Included in Your 12 Week Fast-Track

Fast-Track gives you a level of access and support most riders don’t have — structured enough to create momentum, flexible enough to adapt as things change, and personal enough to stay relevant throughout the full 12 weeks.

One Call Per Week – Your Anchor for Progress

Each week you’ll have one scheduled 1:1 call with me.

These sessions provide rhythm, direction, and a consistent point in your week to review what’s happening, make sense of it, and decide next steps. This is your steady anchor across the full 12 weeks.

12 Flexible Calls – Use Them When You Need

In addition to your weekly calls, you have 12 flexible calls (up to 45 minutes each) to use at any point during the programme.

These can be video or phone calls, depending on what’s most useful in the moment.

Flexible calls can be used for things such as:

  • PTalking through a ride or situation that didn’t feel right
  • PReviewing something that unsettled you or caught you off-guard
  • PPlanning your week or clarifying priorities
  • PPivo riding or in-hand sessions
  • PMaking sense of physical responses or changes
  • PGaining perspective when something needs addressing

These calls exist to support you when circumstances shift — and you decide when they’re used.

They must be used within the 12-week period and can’t be carried over or refunded. This ensures the support is used as intended and helps you get the most from the experience while it’s active.

Your Onboarding Call – Before We Begin

Once you join, you’ll book an onboarding call.

This is separate from your programme calls and gives us space to map out direction, understand priorities, and set a clear foundation for how we’ll work together.

Technique Review for Workout Programmes (If Applicable)

If your goals include a structured workout plan, you’ll have an additional 30-minute Zoom session to demonstrate exercises so I can assess technique and make adjustments.

These technique review sessions are separate from your programme calls and ensure any movement work is safe, appropriate, and effective.

If you choose to work with structured workouts, new plans may be introduced every 4–6 weeks — depending on readiness — and each new plan includes another technique review session.

You’re always in control of whether a programme is introduced and when progression happens.

Your Investment in Fast-Track

Fast-Track is the most in-depth, personalised way I work with riders, and places are intentionally limited.

This level of access, continuity, and tailored support is designed so I can work closely with each rider over the full 12 weeks — responding properly to what’s happening, rather than offering surface-level guidance.

You’re not joining a programme that hundreds of people cycle through. You’re stepping into a focused, high-support working relationship built around clarity, consistency, and meaningful progress — the kind that isn’t possible inside a standard course or membership.

How to Begin

Application Process

Fast-Track begins with an application — not a call.

The purpose of the application is to help me understand what’s actually going on for you, and to determine whether this work is the right fit at this point in time.

If, after reviewing your application, Fast-Track looks appropriate, you’ll be invited to a private conversation. This isn’t a sales call or a free coaching session. It’s a focused discussion to clarify fit, expectations, and whether moving forward makes sense for both of us.

Because Fast-Track is a high-touch, time-bound coaching experience, it’s important that the work is entered into deliberately and with clarity — not casually or impulsively.

Applying doesn’t commit you to anything. It simply opens the door to a considered next step.
