I work with riders globally from the everyday leisure rider to the adventurous and the aspiring elite.

After suffering a fall from my horse Annick in 2012. I felt lost and unsure of what the future held for my riding.

But my love and dedication to my horses inspired me to push through my fears and focus on becoming the best rider I could be.

In 2016 RiderCise was founded and the Rider-Specific Workouts I have created continue to help thousands of riders globally.

I specialise in rehab and riders returning to the saddle as well as advance sport-specific programming to help riders achieve life-changing challenges such as the Mongol Derby and Tevis.

My combined knowledge and hands-on experience as a Coach, Fitness Professional, Soft Tissue Therapist, and Rider. Makes me one of the most qualified Equestrian Fitness Experts in the UK.

The SignatureWorkout Bundle consists of 25 progressive workouts across Foundation, Intermediate & Advanced that slowly progress over 13 week period building stability, strength, and control step by step  

 

Do I Need Equipment?

Foundation – No Equipment is needed

Intermediate1 x Gym Ball, 1 Resistance Band and 2 x Wobble Cushions

Advanced – In addition to the equipment for Intermediate, you will just need a kettlebell. 

What happens once I buy the Program?

You will be sent 3 Emails:

  1. An invoice for your purchase
  2. A welcome email from me with details about using the bundle
  3. Your log in email to the platform where you can access all of the workouts anytime, anywhere on a browser!
Does the Program start right away?

Yes!

Because you have full access to all of the workouts within the Signature Bundle straight after you purchase, you can get started straight away.

What Level of Fitness is recommended for this program?

The Signature Bundle is suitable for all levels of fitness.

If you are new to exercise or have had time away, the workouts start slowly in intensity and gradually increase over the 6 weeks before moving to the next level.

You can stay at a level for as long as you want, you don’t need to move on. And you can repeat any workout as much as you like.

If you are already exercising, then the program is the perfect complement to improving your mobility, agility, balance and coordination

Is it suitable for riders with pre-existing injuries or physical limitations?

To answer this question, I would need to know much more about you. Please feel free to send an email to clare@ridercise and I will be able to give you a response.

Can the program be repeated after the initial 6 weeks?

Absolutely, I recommend that once you have completed the full 13 weeks to either repeat the exercises you found most challenging or use workouts that are best suited to the time you have available, equipment to hand or targeting a specific area.

Remember, you have LIFETIME Access…these workouts are yours, forever!

I have an On Demand Subscription - Can I Still Buy the Bundle?

Absolutely!

On Demand is a subscription-based service that gives you access to all of my workouts via the mobile app. You only have access to the app if you have an active subscription.

The Signature Bundle, and all other bundles (including the Riders Vault) are accessed via a web browser and there are NO further payments.

It’s a ‘One-Time’ payment for LIFETIME ACCESS.

You can keep your On Demand subscription if you like the scheduling of workouts you get from the app, as well as purchasing’ The Signature Bundle’.

Equally, if you want to cancel your On Demand Subscription and buy The Signature Bundle, that’s fine too. Just email me to cancel your On Demand Subscription:

I have bought the Ride Ready Program - Can I Still Buy the Bundle?

Absolutely!

Ride Ready is a 3-month structured program, 6months + access (depending on whether you upgraded your access at checkout).

The workouts are accessed via the app, and when the period ends, you will no longer be able to access the Ride Ready program.

The Signature Bundle, and all other bundles (including the Riders Vault) are accessed via a web browser, and there are NO further payments.
