I work with riders worldwide — from everyday leisure riders rebuilding confidence, to ambitious athletes preparing for elite-level challenges.

In 2012, a fall from my horse Annick changed everything.

For the first time in my riding life, I felt anxious, uncertain, and unsure of what the future held.

But my commitment to my horses — and my refusal to accept that this was “just how it was now” — drove me to find better answers. Not quick fixes. Not generic fitness. But training that truly supported the rider’s body.

In 2016, RiderCise® was born.

Since then, the rider-specific workouts I’ve developed have helped thousands of riders globally improve posture, rebuild confidence, return from injury, and ride with strength and control again.

Is this really just £97?

Absolutely! – a single payment, no hidden extras. Lifetime Access

The Equestrian Posture Workout Bundle consists of 18 proven workouts that slowly progress over a 6 week period to help correct those postural imbalances that have been holding your riding back. 

 

Do I Need Equipment?

For the Postural Bundle, all you need is a gym ball and a resistance band. That’s It! 

What happens once I buy the Program?

You will be sent 3 Emails:

  1. An invoice for your purchase
  2. A welcome email from me with details about using the bundle
  3. Your log in email to the platform where you can access all of the workouts, Postural Importance Webinar, Postural Photos video guide and the Riders Core PDF
Does the Program start right away?

Yes!

Because you have full access to all of the workouts within the Postural Bundle straight after you purchase, you can get started straight away.

What Level of Fitness is recommended for this program?

The Postural Bundle is suitable for all levels of fitness.

If you are new to exercise or have had time away, the workouts start slowly in intensity and gradually increase over the 6 weeks.

If you are already exercising, then the program is the perfect complement to add to help specifically target those tight shortened muscles that are compromising your posture.

Is it suitable for riders with pre-existing injuries or physical limitations?

To answer this question, I would need to know much more about you. Please feel free to send an email to clare@ridercise and I will be able to give you a response.

Can the program be repeated after the initial 6 weeks?

Absolutely, I recommend that once you have completed the 6 weeks, do your photos again and check your progress.

If you are happy then maintain by doing the last workout level at least once a week.

If you’d like more change, repeat the whole 6 weeks at 3 workouts per week until you’re happy with the postural changes.

Remember, you have LIFETIME Access…these workouts are yours, forever!

I have an On Demand Subscription - Can I Still Buy the Bundle?

Absolutely!

On Demand is a subscription-based service that gives you access to all of my workouts via the mobile app. You only have access to the app if you have an active subscription.

The Postural Bundle, and all other bundles (including the Riders Vault) is accessed via a web browser and there are NO further payments.

It’s a ‘One-Time’ payment for LIFETIME ACCESS.

You can keep your On Demand subscription if you like the scheduling of workouts you get from the app, as well as purchasing’ The Postural Bundle’.

Equally, if you want to cancel your On Demand Subscription and buy The Postural Bundle, that’s fine too. Just email me to cancel your On Demand Subscription:

I have bought the Ride Ready Program - Can I Still Buy the Bundle?

Absolutely!

Ride Ready is a 3-month structured program, 6months + access (depending on whether you upgraded your access at checkout).

The workouts are accessed via the app, and when the period ends, you will no longer be able to access the Ride Ready program.

The Postural Bundle, and all other bundles (including the Riders Vault) are accessed via a web browser, and there are NO further payments.

It’s a ‘One-Time’ payment for LIFETIME ACCESS.

So when Ride Ready ends, you will already have all the Postural Workouts to continue your journey.
