Phase 1
Develop strength & mobility in the muscles you SHOULD be using to improve your ability to stay stable and able.

I Need Longer to Complete the 3 month Program
No problem! You can take as long as you need to work through The ‘Ready to Ride’ Progam.
At the end of the three months, contact Clare to subscribe to OnDemand Membership. You will then be able to access your purchased program and ALL the RiderCise On Demand Workouts until your membership is cancelled.
Do I Need Equipment?
Yes, you do need some items of equipment. These are all relatively cheap and once you have them, you can re-use them for all the other RiderCise workouts (if you are an On Demand Member). See further down the page for details on the equipment.
What happens once I buy the Program?
You will be sent 3 Emails:
- An invoice of your purchase
- A welcome email from ‘Trainerize’ to download the RiderCise Mobile app and complete you profile.
- An email welcoming you to the program with instructions on getting started.
Does the Program start right away?
No.
When you sign up for the program the first week is the opportunity to get used to the app, and purchase any equipment and watch the ‘Let’s Get Started’ Videos.
The program will start the next Monday after purchase.
What Level of Fitness is recommended for this program?
This program is suitable for all levels of fitness.
If you are new to exercise or have had time away, the workouts start slowly in intensity and gradually increase over the 3 month period.
If you are already exercising then the program is the perfect compliment to add to ensure you are targeting all the muscles you need to function as a rider.
Is it suitable for riders with pre-existing injuries or physical limitations?
To answer this question, Clare would need to know much more about you. Please fee free to send an email to clare@ridercise and she will be able to give you a response.
Can the program be repeated after the initial three months?
Absolutely, however for maximum benefit it would be best to repeat the last 2 weeks of each phase as they are a higher demand on the body but there is no harm in doing the whole program as a whole repeatedly.
What happens at the end of the 3 months?
At the end of the 3 months you will lose access to the RiderCise mobile app. But you can subscribe as a member for just £9.99 per month where you can access ALL of the RiderCise On Demand workouts and you will retain the workouts for the Ride Ready Program.
What Equipment Do I Need?
Every RiderCise program uses the same equipment, minimising the cost to buy and ensuring that once you have all you need, you will be able to do any of the workouts.

Dumbbells
*or similar
Weight Bench
*or Similar
2 x Wobble Cushions
*If you don’t have dumbbells, kettlebells or a bench you can use similar items such as water bottles, a sturdy coffee table or ottoman or you can purchase quite cheaply from eBay or Facebook Marketplace.
How Do I Access the Program?

Doing Your Workout
Every workout is scheduled into the RiderCise. All you need to do is watch the instructional video and then record the number of repetions and sets.
You will know WHAT workout to do and WHEN.
Moving Workouts
When workouts are scheduled, you receive reminders to complete them – But, if you can’t workout when planned.
No problem. You can move your workout to another day to fit the program into your schedule but stay accountable.
Track Progress
Stay MOTIVATED by recording your sets and reps for each workout to track how much fitter you get during the program.
Record body measurements and take regular photos to see how your body is shaping and changing.
